“Do not, I mean absolutely DO NOT stay at the InterContinential at Times Square. If you do they will put a $500 incidentials hold on your card if they do not trust you, housekeeping will say they are only changing your towels and then steal your money from the table. A four and a half star hotel…right, with chipped furniture, wrinkled bedding, and even a dirty used glove under the bed if you get as lucky as I did. Put a refrigerator in the room and included it ontheir list of amentities but its so full with $20 sodas that you have to pay a seperate fee everyday for an unfilled refrigerator…..gtfoh! Do your research my Nyc travellers!”

“My AA flight was delayed an entire day. I was supposed to depart Costa Rica on 4/23 but instead did not leave until 4/24. This caused a major inconvenience including me having to spend extra money to stay an extra day, missing a day off from work costing me $1,500. I also was forced to wear dirty clothes because I did not have enough clean clothes for an extra day. Also they did not give us a breakfast voucher only dinner and lunch. The final fact is that they did not give us any options at all, considering the fact that they had 3 flights leaving the next day and the morning flight was wide open for us to fly instead of giving us the last flight.”
